Cycle Systems is committed to controlling or eliminating known or potential safety and health hazards.
In order to do so, we continuously adhere to the following guidelines:
1. Safety and health are a shared responsibility. All employees, from the management team down, take ownership of their own safety and that of their co-workers.
2. Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment is not just an idea — it’s a priority.
3. Everyone’s job includes spotting hazards and correcting them or reporting hazards in a timely manner.
4. Where hazards cannot be completely eliminated, they must be reduced through engineering controls or, as a final precaution, through the proper use of personal protective equipment.
5. Every employee is trained to perform work safely.
6. As a condition of employment, each employee must consistently work in a safe and responsible manner.
