Jay Brenner has served as President of Cycle Systems since 2000 and now serves as CEO since 2010. An expanded and experienced leadership team has been developed under his management. Currently he is an active member of YPO. (Young President Organization). Previously he has served as Operations Manager, as well as performing a variety of duties, since Graduating from the University of North Florida in 1986. During College he worked as a Buyer for Commercial Metals. |

Neal Brenner's role has recently been expanded to President of Cycle Systems. From 1998 to 2006 his major responsibilities were for both the hardware and software of our Information Technology system. This included the implementation of our RECY and MULCO programs. From 1993-1998 he served as Assistant Manager of Cycle Systems Glass Processing Plant in Richmond Virginia. Neal received an associate degree from ESPS in IT in 1985. |

Richard Lerner has focused his efforts in the management of the Commercial Team since our reorganization in 2000. This task includes the coordination of both the buying and selling of all of Cycle Systems ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Previously, since inception in 1985, he served as General Manager of our Lynchburg facility. He began his career as Office Manager of Cycle Systems in Roanoke in 1972. Richard went to NC State and after service in the Navy graduated from Pierce College in accounting. |

Gene Suslowicz joined Cycle Systems as Fleet Service Manager in 2006. In 2010 became COO for Cycle Systems. Under his leadership we implemented a Centralized Dispatch System. From 1995-2006 he held various leadership positions with Waste Management, culminating as the District Manager of Northern Virginia. Prior to 1995, he served in the US Army and retried as an Infantry Major. His last duty assignment was as Chief of Operations of the 3rd Infantry Division. Gene graduated form Florida International University with a BS in Criminal Justice in 1979 as a Distinguished Military Graduate on an Army ROTC Scholarship. He received his Masters in Education from State University of New York, Oswego in 1991, while teaching Army ROTC. |
| Bruce Brenner currently serves as Chairman since 2004 with a current focus on Special Projects and People Development. From 1966 to 2000 he and his brother Terry led the family business. Bruce, who graduated from the Wharton School of the University
of Penn. in 1960, also completed the Harvard Business School OMP Program in 1981 and received his Masters in HR and Adult Education from VCU in 2000. |

Terry Brenner principle area of activity has been in the Commercial Area, buying and selling metals, since 1985. Currently the non-ferrous segment amounts to one-half of Cycle Systems business. Previous to that, along with Bruce, he performed multiple leadership roles in the family business. Terry graduated from Michigan State University in 1964. |

Daryl Keyes, who re-joined us in 2004, currently serves as our Manager-Commercial Services. The job duties include the responsibility of assisting our regional buyers and branch managers in the purchase of both ferrous and non-ferrous material. From 1991-2004 Daryl served for 5 years as Operation Manager with a large scrap processing operation in New Orleans and another five as a Purchasing Manager for a major aluminum foundry. His initial experience in our industry, as 'Cleo" began from 1976-1991, with Cycle Systems performing many management functions. |

Fizer joined Cycle Systems in May 2010.
Donna has 16 years of Human Resources experience prior to coming to Cycle Systems Donna received an Associate’s Degree in Computer Programming from VA Western Company College and her BS in Human Resources Development from Averitt University in Danville, VA. She has been certified as a Professional in Human Resources since 1995. Donna also comes to us with multiple years of distribution and manufacturing background. |
